Ceramic Tile

Flat tile will be sealed from the elements and spills of beverages including urine, oils, etc. Textured tile will resist dirt from pooling in low areas. The surface will have a shine. To clean, mop with a neutral detergent.

Natural Stone

Most natural stone is rich in color. SilTanium not only seals out the elements but enhances the colors within natural stones. There is a slight shine, depending on the natural porosity of the surface. Clean with a mop, cloth or hose.

Grout

Grout is one of the most difficult areas to keep clean. The appearance deteriorates as the cleaning process washes dirt into its pores. The SilTanium seal locks out staining, discoloration, mold and odor problems. Clean with a mop, cloth or hose.
