Applications and Benefits

CERAMIC TILE

SilTanium seals flat tile from the elements and spills (beverages, urine, oils). Used on textured tile, it helps keep dirt from pooling. To clean, mop with a neutral detergent. The surface will have a shine.

NATURAL STONE

Most natural stone is rich in color. SilTanium not only seals out all the elements but enhances the colors within natural stones. There is a slight shine depending on the porosity of the surface. Clean with a mop, a hose or a rag.

GROUT

Grout is one of the most difficult areas to keep clean. Its appearance deteriorates as the mop water washes dirt into its pores. Sealing with SilTanium prevents staining, discoloration and odor problems. Mop, hose or wipe to clean.

CONCRETE

A concrete surface sealed with SilTanium will not grow mold or mildew. The surface will not stain from beverages. Organic matter such as acorns and leaves will leave no permanent stains. Hose or light pressure-washing is all the maintenance needed.

PAINTED CONCRETE

When sealed with SilTanium, the integrity of painted concrete will remain intact. SilTanium is UV-stable and will not yellow in the sun. This application is fantastic for driveways and walkways. Surface staining will not occur. The painted concrete will clean with a mop, hose or rag.

BRICK PAVERS

Like concrete, brick is very absorbent. When sealed with SilTanium, it will keep stains from permanently discoloring the surface. Sealed pavers will not absorb oils. Mold and mildew will not grow. To clean, simply hose off or, in high-moisture areas, lightly pressure-wash.
